halloween Blast
Join us in Downtown Kearney on October 31, 2025 from 4-6pm for Halloween Blast!
Halloween Blast began as a downtown business trick-or-treat initiative led by Bob and Sharon Tate, UPS Store owners, local citizens and community activists. Those of us who had young children during that time know how much we appreciated the dedication and excitement that the Tate's brought to Kearney.
Since then, the Kearney Enrichment Council has not only picked up the torch to continue to encourage the downtown Trick-or Treat, but we have added the ability for businesses, organizations, families and individuals who are not located in downtown to join in the excitement.
It's going to be a fun, event and we encourage you not only attend with your family, but to consider signing up to decorate your trunk and hand out treats. It is a great opportunity for non-downtown businesses and organizations, and for those of us who love participating, but don't get trick-or-treater traffic (like Stonecrest! You know who you are!). Let's have some fun!
